We do. NCMPRBL has partnered with Flex to accept your FSA/HSA card. FSA and HSA dollars can be used for purchases of prescription eyeglasses, and you can pay with a credit card attached to your FSA/HSA account during checkout.

A valid eyeglasses prescription from your doctor — not for contacts, not expired, and fully readable. Alternatively, provide your doctor's name and we'll call their office to request a copy.

Every prescription is unique and custom made. Once we have your prescription, it typically takes about 2 weeks (10–14 business days) to ship. Eyewear purchased without a prescription is delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Each NCMPRBL prescription order is inspected by board-certified opticians who meticulously review your prescription and will contact you with recommendations if needed. Unlike most online companies, our opticians individually measure your order — comparable to a custom-tailored suit instead of one off the rack.

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of when you receive your eyewear. For US orders, progressive vision lenses are subject to a $100 restock fee. Outside the US, single vision lenses are subject to a $50 restock fee and progressive vision lenses to $100.

Clean your glasses daily using a non-alcohol based lens cleaning spray and the provided microfiber cloth. Avoid water or soap on the frames, as this may cause oxidation of the wirecore and hinges. Keep your eyewear out of extreme heat and store it in the provided NCMPRBL case.
