Shipping policy

**All orders, except pre-orders, are fulfilled within 48 business hours excluding weekends and holidays.
All prescription orders on eyewear will be completed within 10-14 business days. Please note that purchases made after 12PM CST may not be accounted for until the following business day. Other applicable shipping options are available per location/shipping address and are listed in the shipping area of your checkout page. You will receive your tracking number via email or sms once your NCMPRBL has been shipped from our headquarters.
** In conjunction with our partners at Route, NCMPRBL provides you with the option to fully insure your purchase at checkout exclusively at ncmprblife.com. With Route coverage, your NCMPRBL is fully covered in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged upon receipt. Kindly notice that by declining this option your order is subject to the binding guidelines as listed in our shipping policy.

    *Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the US may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT NCMPRBL.     If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to hello@ncmprbl.com and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched from our headquarters, NCMPRBL is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
