SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders.  Purchases made after 12 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    International Shipping

    We ship anywhere outside the domestic US using DHL Express Worldwide. DHL calculates shipping rates based on weight and destination. Rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. DHL also requires that the recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.

    The above table is an estimate not an guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in.

    *Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the US may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT Vincero Collective. Customs processing varies in each country so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office.     If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to helpingyou@ncmprbl.com and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, NCMPRBL is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. 


    HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

    FOR DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 23 WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, SELECT 2-DAY SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT BY DECEMBER 15. NCMPRBLIFE.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CARRIER-RELATED DELAYS.

     

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

    STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12:00 PM (CST) MAY BE PROCESSED WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY INCREASE DURING SPECIFIC COLLECTION LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.

     

    AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS


    WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED AFTER CHECKOUT.

    ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION.


    CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

    U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

    NCMPRBL OFFERS FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING FOR ALL FULL PRICE MAINLINE ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.  ORDERS TAKE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN HOUSTON, TX USA.

    FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND WILL BE BASED ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE.

     

    FOR DELIVERIES TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO, YOU HAVE THE OPTION FOR YOUR ORDER FOR STANDARD OR EXPRESS DELIVERY AT CHECKOUT.

    WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS INTO A SINGLE SHIPMENT.

    WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES VARY.  DURING CHECKOUT WE CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION.

     

    FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

    IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (NCMPRBL) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. 

    IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL UPS/USPS CENTER FOR PICK UP.  IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (NCMPRBL) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

    FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO NCMPRBL AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

    PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.

    DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

    IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALSO CONTACT US AT HELLO@NCMPRBL.COM
