My relationship with time has always been personal. Long before NCMPRBL existed, I was taught that a watch is not an accessory, it is a marker of presence.

Creating NCMPRBL timepieces was never about filling space on the wrist. It was about translating culture, memory, and restraint into form. Each piece is shaped by experience and designed to move with you — subtle, deliberate, and uncompromising in character.

Where is my NCMPRBL made?

Your NCMPRBL is designed and assembled in our Houston, TX headquarters. Our stainless steel cases are manufactured in China and our internal movements are manufactured in Japan. Watch design begins at headquarters; each component is produced in non-assembled form through machine sampling; our partnering manufacturers then assemble each watch by hand, ensuring bands, dials, sub-dials, straps and cases work well together. The completed prototype undergoes multiple rounds of sampling and real-world testing before component production is placed with factories vetted for quality, efficiency, sustainability and ethical work standards.

How does the allocation work?

Ascend is offered through private pre-sale. Three hundred pieces are being made in total across the whole collection — not 300 of each reference — and every piece is individually numbered. Allocation is extended in sequence. Fulfillment begins Q3 2026, with the next round of Aurel fulfillment beginning September 2026. Future Ascend releases will follow standard valuation.

Does my timepiece come ready to size?

Yes — your watch comes with a sizing tool in the box. Exclusions apply depending on model need. If you need additional links, email us at hello@ncmprbl.com and we can provide extra links if available.

How long is the warranty?

Your NCMPRBL watch comes with a 60-month warranty against manufacturer defects.

Is accidental damage covered?

Your NCMPRBL comes with an optional warranty covering you for up to 36 months when added at checkout.

Is the movement automatic or battery powered?

Every Ascend reference runs a precision Miyota 8205 Japanese automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve — wound by the motion of your wrist, no battery. Hour markers and hands are illuminated, and each case is rated to 5 ATM.
