HSA/FSA Simplified With Flex

NCMPRBL has partnered with Flex to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This means you can now use your HSA or FSA debit card to buy select NCMPRBL Eyewear with pre-tax dollars, resulting in net savings of 30-40%, depending on your tax bracket.
To use your HSA or FSA debit card, add products to your bag as usual.
At checkout, select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment option, enter your HSA or FSA debit card, and complete your checkout as usual. If your cart contains both eligible and ineligible items, you will be prompted to enter your HSA or FSA debit card information, along with your credit or debit card, on the same screen.
If you don’t see “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA,” you may be in Shop Pay. Select “checkout as guest” to view more payment options.
If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Simple. If you come across this issue, make sure you are logged out of ShopPay. One of the easiest ways to do this is to go through checkout in an incognito window.
Since reading glasses help you out with vision correction, you can use your FSA or HSA contributions to buy them. It doesn’t matter if you are prescribed reading glasses by your optometrist or if you decide to buy them independently. Both are available to buy with your account.
HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.

Most providers will let you use your FSA or HSA accounts to buy blue light filtering NCMPRBL Eyewear. This type of eyewear filters out blue light that can negatively affect sleep. Some studies show that this type of light can also cause permanent eye damage. Remember to check with your provider to find out whether blue light filtering glasses are covered by your plan.
Sunglasses are only covered by health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts if they have a prescription. Non-prescription sunglasses, even if they provide protection from sunlight, are not available for purchase with these types of plans.
All prescription eyewear include a 60-month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damage to improper care or cleaning.
