  • What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Is my payment secure?

  • How can I track when my NCMPRBL is coming?

  • I made a mistake! Can I cancel my NCMPRBL order?

    • We understand mistakes happen. You can modify or cancel your order up to an hour after it was placed. After that time, you are able to return your item in accordance to our return policy shown here. You can also contact us at hello@ncmprbl.com to speak with a representative.
    • Will I pay taxes on my order?

      •  Kindly note, all orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax including non-prescription eyewear orders where applicable.
      • I received my NCMPRBL Watch and the battery is not operable. How do I fix this?

        • Check the side of your crown (middle knob on the right side of your watch). Simply remove the plastic "teeth" and/or delicately push the crown in.
      • I have received my NCMPRBL watch and there's blue "film" on my chrono watch. How do I remove it?

        • The blue plastic film is designed to protect your right side buttons upon delivery. Gently use your finger to remove it, or it will come off when setting the time/date.

      Eyecare

      • What is a valid prescription?

        • A valid prescription is signed by a licensed eyecare provider and is not expired. Depending on local and state laws, your prescription may be considered valid between 1-2 years from the date of your last exam.
      • Do you accept insurance?

        • Unfortunately, NCMPRBLIFE.COM does not accept any insurance benefits on orders.
      • Do you accept FSA and HSA?

        • Unfortunately, NCMPRBLIFE.COM does not accept FSA/HSA on prescription orders at this time.
      • How long will it take to get my new glasses?

        • It depends on the prescription and frame selected, but most glasses with prescription are shipped within 10-14 Business Days. Please visit our shipping policy page to understand the lead times per order type.

      Exchange/Return Policy

      • What is NCMPRBL's Return Policy?

        • ***Please contact us prior to shipping your NCMPRBL via EMAIL at: hello@ncmprbl.com

        • You can tap to return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. 

          Your NCMPRBL must be in the unopened unworn condition received from our headquarters. If worn or opened/missing any materials including tags or plastic, we bar the right to deny your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label when you contact us.  If the purchaser chooses to ship the item, he/she is responsible for the return shipping which must include a tracking number and insurance to ensure delivery. Please include your name and order number inside the package. Once your return is received and inspected by our headquarters (usually within 72 business hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our headquarters within 60 days of purchase.

      • What is NCMPRBL's Exchange Policy?

        • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product, feel free to email us at: hello@ncmprbl.com with your new request and we will email you a return label to print. The item must be in original/unaltered condition. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange post inspection that is listed on our policy located above. 
      • How Long Does It Take For a Refund To Be Issued?

        • Once received, your NCMPRBL will enter our quality control inspection process. If your NCMPRBL is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take between five to seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed.

      • May I Return or Exchange a NCMPRBL Item Gifted To Me By Someone Else?

        • You may choose to exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you using our return and exchange guidelines. Kindly note that any refunded amount, including any remaining balance in the case of an exchange, will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.

      • Why was my order cancelled?

        •  If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account which protects the entire amount of your purchase. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

      • Does NCMPRBL offer sizing services?

        • NCMPRBL does not offer sizing services via online orders, however, NCMPRBL watches can be easily sized at your local jewelry store or kiosk that offers sizing services.
      • Can I receive extra links in my NCMPRBL?

      • How do I change my NCMPRBL mesh strap?

       

       

      • How do I adjust my stainless steel mesh clasp?

      • Does my watch automatically set for daylight savings time?
        • No, you will kindly need to adjust your watch manually. For watches of our ADVANCE Collection, you will pull the crown out once to manually adjust. Any others in our catalog specifically with the date dial, gently pull the crown out twice turn it clockwise to the proper time.
      • How does the chronograph function of my watch work?
        • Gently push the top right button in your NCMPRBL to activate the chrono feature, and push it again to stop. The lower right button (under your crown) resets your chronometer.

      How do I clean my NCMPRBL?

      • Stainless Steel Metals + Case Bands
        • Clean your watch with a soft, lint-free cloth like the one provided to you during purchase to polish away stains and smudges. You may moisten the cloth with water if necessary for tough stains.
        • DO NOT use chemicals to clean your watch as they may tarnish the metal and voids your warranty.
        • Avoid direct contact with sprays such as hairsprays, perfumes or detergents which may cause damage to your watch.
      • Leather (Suede and Genuine) Straps
        • Leather straps deteriorate at different rates depending on climatic conditions, sweat acidity and levels of wear and tear. To ensure your leather strap lasts as long as possible take the following precautions:

        • Avoid soaking your strap in water
        • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight
        • Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents and perfumes
      • For Eyewear:
        • Blow any loose particles off your frames first, and then clean with the NCMPRBL microfiber towel provided with your eyewear. 
        • For a deep clean, add a small drop of moisturizer free liquid dish soap to a bowl big enough to fit your frames. It is recommended to let soak for about 3-5 minutes, then wipe clean with a 2-ply or premium paper towel of a soft lint-free cloth.
        • When not wearing your NCMPRBL Eyewear, it is strongly recommended to place in your protective case provided at purchase to avoid damage or exposure to direct sunlight. Your lenses are scratch resistant but not scratch proof, so be soft with your frames.

        • Is your NCMPRBL Waterproof?

          • Yes, currently our timepiece collections where listed in the specifications are 30 to 50 meters waterproof. At 30 Meters (3ATM) your NCMPRBL can withstand light rain and handwashing. At 50 meters (5ATM) your NCMPRBL can withstand light showering but no underwater activity.
        • Where is your NCMPRBL Made?

          • Your NCMPRBL is designed and assembled in our Houston, TX headquarters. Our stainless steel cases are manufactured in China and our internal movements are manufactured in Japan. Below is our step-by-step process: 
            • Watch design begins at headquarters 
            1. Through machine sampling, each component is produced in non-assembled form
            2. Our partnering manufacturers then assembles each watch by hand ensuring bands, dials, sub-dials, straps and cases work well together
            3. The completed prototype then undergoes multiple rounds of sampling and real-world testing including everyday wear and tear 
            4. Orders are placed for component production at partnering factories around the world post vetting for quality, efficiency, sustainably and ethical work standards

            We choose and closely collaborate with partnering factories that assemble our catalog and maintain a close relationship with them throughout the process. 

        • Where are your NCMPRBL Frames Made?

          • Designed and prototyped in Houston, Texas, all NCMPRBL Eyewear is handmade using the highest quality materials, real hardware, and hinges that are riveted through the temple and frame fronts to ensure the sturdiest construction possible. On average, a NCMPRBL frame requires approximately 130+ steps until completion and is expertly crafted with our partners in China that has been a part of NCMPRBL since our inception. Our prescription lenses are fabricated with our partners in Texas Laboratory before sending to your address.
        • Where are your NCMPRBL Lenses Made?

          • In our partnering facility, NCMPRBL partners fabricate all prescription lenses in Texas.
        • Can you put lenses in frames I already own?

          • Currently, NCMPRBL fabricates lenses through purchases made exclusively in our online store. 
        • How does NCMPRBL Virtual Try-On work?

          • Our 3d viewer and Virtual Try-On capabilities are fully funcitional on desktop devices using Google Chrome, Microsoft, Apple Safari, and Firefox, as well as mobile devices using Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Kindly ensure your camera is enabled and your browser is updated to the latest version. On your mobile device, the Virtual Try-On camera performs best on Apple iOS 11 or higher and Android 6.0 or higher. Our virtual try-on includes a 3d viewer for male and female wrists as well.
